The corporation also threatened to inform the project manager's future employers that they departed the organization during the background verification (BGV) procedure. Furthermore, the employer sought three months' income in exchange for presenting the employee with an experience certificate.

The guy, known as "Randy31599" on Reddit, was under great pressure at work and felt the need to take a sabbatical owing to their worsening health. They resigned for medical grounds and asked for an early release in a month. However, their resignation was refused, and they were told to continue working despite their illness.
"I was feeling the need to take a break, so I submitted my resignation due to medical reasons and requested an early release in 1 month. My CEO refused to accept my resignation, despite my medical condition, and asked me to continue working," the manager wrote.?
The Redditor went on to say that following an accident, they submitted their resignation again, and the corporation rejected it again.
