Until the end of November, British Airways is treating passengers on routes to India, North America and Canada from Heathrow Airport to an exclusive menu brimming with delicious traditional Indian dishes.?
The food menu is endless - from fragrant coconut rice and rich lamb curry to phaldari kofta paired with spiced vegetables and pomegranate seeds, spiced grilled lamb accompanied by bhindi and Rogan josh sauce, railway lamb curry and basmati rice.
Other mouthwatering options include zafrani chicken with coconut rice and saag makai, young jackfruit biryani, and a delightful bhapa doi dessert topped with mangoes, papaya, and passion fruit.
And what's a culinary adventure without a little celebration? British Airways is also serving a single malt whiskey from Rajasthan, called Godawan, in its Club World (business class) cabin.
To make the journey even more enjoyable, the airline has expanded its inflight entertainment, adding over 100 Indian films, including beloved classics like The Burning Train and Dil Chahta Hai.
As if that wasn¡¯t enough, British Airways has partnered with Twinnings to introduce a special tea that captures the essence of India's beloved masala chai, infused with the delightful flavors of cardamom, cinnamon, and ginger.
