It was a year ago when Cambry's then boyfriend Zach Nelson came up with the idea of putting together two electric bikes with a seat in the centre so she could move around more easily. Today, Cambry and Zach are married and on the brink of mass producing the vehicle that Zach made for her back then. They named it ¡®Not Wheelchair.'?
In the past year, the couple has been building upon the original design to make it a reliable off-roader.?
According to the couple, people have limited choices when selecting an off-roader and either they cost too much or are too slow. So they built something that was quick and light.?
Currently, there are about 2.7 million wheelchair users in the US. So, the impact of a design such as this can be huge.
