Shashi Tharoor manages to make himself part of a Twitter conversation every now and then, and this time he our caught attention for not paying any attention to Farooq Abdullah speaking in Parliament for just about a few seconds.?
The 45-second-long clip shows the Congress member's lapse of attention in that span which has led to a meme fest on the microblogging website.
The now-viral video was shared by Twitter user "Farrago Abdullah". Pushpa song "Srivalli" is edited in as the J&K National Conference leader delivers an animated speech, with the Congress MP, seated directly behind him, talking to NCP MP Supriya Sule.

Taking the spot himself, Tharoor himself spoke on the situation in the House. According to a report by the Press Trust of India, the Congress MP asked the government to use its influence to mediate a truce between Russia and Ukraine, who have been at war with each other for more than 40 days now.?
Mr Tharoor said that India should take an ethically correct position in the matter, in alignment with its foreign policy. He said,?¡°We need to take a principled stand on such matters, with moral conviction.¡±?
He also appreciated Operation Ganga conducted by the government to bring back Indian students from Ukraine.?
