"And the reason I love this is because managing a family is a real task, something that can¡¯t be undervalued. Less than 20% of women in India are working in a professional capacity. Gender gaps in housework participation are the largest among couples with children. It¡¯s a real job; you can¡¯t just discount the amount of work someone has to do to manage a family."?
He asked his LinkedIn Followers, "Thoughts on this type of CV?"

One comment read:?¡°I appreciate her confidence to include that skill in her CV. It should be definitely included in the CV if somebody wishes to do the same. The work of a homemaker is unrecognized by society (not always, there are exceptional cases also). That work needs a lot of skill and patience,¡±
Another person wrote:?¡°Absolutely! Women have to leave their job for various reasons, and one of the most important is for the sake of family?€?and. Once she is a mother, her top priority becomes the upbringing and development of her baby. One of the most thankless jobs is being a homemaker and taking care of the family because, at the end of the day, people see that homemakers are staying at home doing nothing but sleeping and watching tv. I really appreciate this woman who has the guts to justify her 13 years of professional gap in the most reasonable way. More cheers to all the women who once took a break from careers for their children and family and were willing to start all again from scratch,¡±
Chokra explained that the woman was overqualified for the position they were hiring and out of their budget.
