X user Revs posted a photo of the missing seat cushion, and the post soon went viral.?The passenger said that there had already been a 1.5-hour delay in the trip.?Not only that, but he had to wait for the staff to bring a seat cushion.?
"On an?Indigo?aircraft, there aren't any f****** seats available. We are waiting for the bloody seats to be brought in so we can have a seat.?This is for a plane that's been delayed by ninety minutes already. F****** hell," he wrote.
The user didn't share any other details of the flight.
The airlines acknowledged this error and inconvenience to the passenger and apologised on X:
