¡°Everyone is bound to obey all the Acts being enacted in the country. No state can take exception to it. Pinarayi will be responsible if things go out of control in the state,¡± Gopalakrishnan told The New Indian Express.
Retaliating to the BJP leader¡¯s comment, Sitaram Yechury, leader of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) wrote, ¡®Modi had spoken of Kerala being like Somalia. The BJP wants to fulfill Modi¡¯s perverse dream of starving the proud people of Kerala. But that is not happening. They can keep on dreaming. Hum dekhenge.¡¯
Gopalakrishnan also said that people who are threatening Hindus in Middle East countries for their stand on CAA, would be forced to go to Pakistan.?

¡®After considering the concerns raised in the wake of the 2019 amendment in the Citizenship Act, the State Government has decided not to cooperate with the process to update the NPR to facilitate the preparation of the NRC,¡¯ said a statement from the Chief Minister¡¯s office.
Gopalakrishnan also launched a scathing attack on film director Kamal, alleging that he is a Communalist. ¡°Kamal should remember that the Chalachithra Academy is being run by the funds being given by the Centre. If he is a gentleman, he should resign from it,¡± he said, adding that none of the gentlemen in the film sector participated in the protest against CAA in Kochi.
Seems like everybody wants to be famous by saying anything and everything!
