The bathroom is one place where one requires complete privacy. But that was not the case for a woman from England.?
This woman by the name of Sarah Yates was left mortified after receiving a note from a neighbour saying they could see everything when she showered.
Sarah, who is a journalist from Edgeley, Stockport?was on holiday when her cousin, who shares the house with her, sent her a photo of the letter posted through their letterbox on Friday.?
Sarah recently?renovated her first home and refitted the bathroom and installed new brighter lighting.
A neighbour from the back of her terrace house wrote the note to save Sarah and her flatmate the ¡°embarrassment¡± of knocking on the door.?
The note read: ¡°When you shower you can see everything. Didn¡¯t want to embarrass you by knocking on¡±.?
Sarah told Manchester Evening News, "I received a text with the letter pictured from my cousin and was totally shocked.?I assumed you could see our figures through the frosted window but I didn¡¯t realise they could see everything.?The previous owner had an old bathroom in and a dimmer light so they mustn¡¯t have been able to see them showering before.?I¡¯ve put a new suite in and installed spotlights which are quite bright so it must have made a difference to what they can see.¡±
She even says she has switched the lights on and stood in the garden to see how much can be seen. Further on she has said she'll be doing some gardening and add taller plants in front of the window to get some extra privacy.?
That would have been embarrassing for sure.?
