A wedding celebration in Giridih, Jharkhand, turned into chaos when a group of uninvited young men, who had snuck in for a free meal, created a stir after being refused hot puris.

The young men demanded food at the Shankar Yadav-hosted party in the Patarodi area, which led to a fight.

The commotion reportedly started when one of the young men demanded hot puris at 2 a.m. and was refused.

As per Dainik Bhaskar, the altercation at the wedding took a violent turn, with a few individuals brandishing weapons, injuring three or four people.

It all started with a dispute over food and spiraled out of control quickly.

A few more young men were called in from outside, and they began hurling abuse, further escalating the situation. Stone-pelting and hooliganism ensued, and three or four people were injured in the chaos.

The police were alerted about the incident, and a large contingent of personnel reached the spot to control the situation.

The police tried to calm down the agitated guests and restore order.?The young man who instigated the controversy was taken into custody, while the injured were admitted to a nearby hospital for treatment.

A case has been registered, and the police investigate the incident to determine the sequence of events and hold those responsible accountable.?

Despite the chaos caused by the uninvited guests, the wedding reportedly proceeded with police security.
