She first met Arun at Rumble, where she worked as a fitness instructor. According to her Instagram post, she is currently a founding member of Rumble.
The Athletech News report also mentioned Hammond's involvement in creating an app called Strong by Erika, which offers a boxing-inspired group fitness class. Additionally, Hammond developed Knockout, another boxing-inspired group fitness class available at selected Equinox locations in New York City.
