Family Padam plot

Set in the heart of Triplicane, Family Padam tells the story of a middle-class family rallying behind their youngest member's dream of becoming a filmmaker.

The three brothers¡ªSarath, an advocate, Parthi, a BPO employee, and Tamizh, an aspiring director¡ªlive under one roof with their supportive yet quarrelsome parents.

Despite constant clashes, the family comes together when Tamizh¡¯s dream faces a major setback: a producer swindles his script using a shady contract.

Determined not to let Tamizh's aspirations fade, Sarath and Parthi encourage him to create a new story and take it upon themselves to fund the project.

Their parents also step in, with their father sacrificing his beloved gym and their mother offering to sell a piece of land.

Adding to the drama is Tamizh's girlfriend Yamuna, whose overbearing father accuses the family of stealing jewelry.

The film is a mix of chaos, comedy, and resilience as the family unites to overcome obstacles and help Tamizh achieve his cinematic dreams.

The film is written and directed by Selvah Kumar Thirumaaran, with K. Balaji serving as the producer under the banner of UK Creations.
