After two successful seasons, the third instalment of the Indian Predator documentary series titled "Murder in the Courtroom" is all set to release for which, a riveting teaser that was released recently.

The documentary Indian Predator: Murder in a Courtroom, directed by Umesh Vinayak Kulkarni, is based on a true tale.

Two distinct serial killers were the focus of each season before this one. Chandrakant Jha, also referred to as the butcher of Delhi, was the subject of the first season. He was a serial killer who operated in 2006 and 2007.

The next season focused on Raja Kolander from Allahabad, who was suspected of cannibalism and responsible for the deaths of around fifteen people. Based on these earlier instalments, we already know that this one will haunt us with the terrifying tale of yet another murderer.

The True Story Behind 'Murder In A Courtroom'

The documentary will focus on Akku Yadav, a notorious gangster and rapist who carried out heinous crimes in Kasturba Nagar for nearly 13 years with the help of other gang members. However, he received justice when a group of ladies stoned him to death while he was being held by the police. We may anticipate a satisfying story of a wronged woman taking retribution on an awful criminal, despite the teaser and explanation trying to hide nearly every aspect.

"Indian Predator: Murder in a Courtroom," tells the tale of the community he terrorised and the retaliation they unleashed after a vicious predator was lynched in a courtroom in 2004.

On August 13, 2004, several hundred women slashed and stoned him before lynching him to death. He was sprayed with chilli powder, then his penis was chopped off. All of the women took ownership of the crime, and even though some of them were detained, they were ultimately found not guilty. Despite the fact that the lynching involved hundreds of women, the State CID had a different account of what happened. Four men carried out the lynching, according to senior police sources, and the women who claimed responsibility were just protecting them. None of the women supported the police's account.
