His life takes a tragic turn when he clashes with a powerful and evil minister (Sathyaraj), leading to the death of his beloved wife, Saisri (Rashmika). Before she dies, Saisri donates her organs to three people in Mumbai.
This includes a young boy from the Dharavi slums who gets her lungs, a brilliant girl training to be a chartered accountant who receives her eyes, and a heartbroken college student with a weak heart who receives Saisri¡¯s heart. In a cruel plan to destroy Sanjay emotionally, the minister goes after these three organ recipients. The story then follows Sanjay as he steps in to protect them from danger and helps change their lives for the better.
Sikandar¡¯s review
The Times of India rated the movie 2 out of 5, and a part of their review read, ¡°The story and the narrative are the biggest letdown of this larger-than-life movie; even if they are trying to draw in die-hard Salman Khan fans, we wish they had taken the action notches higher. A few standout punches and stunts here and there could have probably salvaged this one.¡±
