Several pictures and videos from the duo¡¯s wedding venue circulated on the internet and we wondered what a beautiful location they picked up.
In case you are in plans to ever visit that location, we have an interesting fact to share. Just 50 minutes away from the Suryagarh palace, there¡¯s a ghost village called Kuldhara. This place is close to 34.6 km from the wedding venue and has quite an interesting story attached to it.
Situated 18 km southwest of Jaisalmer, one of the stories dates back to about 300 years ago when this village of Paliwal Brahmins used to be prosperous. It is said that then-minister of state Salim Singh desired to marry the daughter of the village head by force and threatened grave consequences if his wish was not fulfilled.

Reportedly, after The Paliwals held a council regarding the same, people from almost 85 villages left Kuldhara and vanished. While leaving, the aching hearts of several people ended up cursing the land of barrenness and that no one would ever settle in their ancestral village thereafter.
A parallel tale suggests that Salim raised the taxes so much that the villagers couldn¡¯t survive and decided to migrate.
Sidharth, who was last seen in Mission Majnu while promoting the film, talked about one thing he doesn¡¯t like about Kiara. He said, as quoted by HT, ¡°all her characters, that she is crying in every film. She is always - rona hamesha, aankho mein aansu (always crying, has tears in her eyes)."
Much before falling in love with Kiara, Sidharth said that he didn¡¯t have the chance for a potential relationship.
He told Hindustan Times in 2014, "Maybe I haven¡¯t had the chance for a potential relationship. But it¡¯s not like I don¡¯t have my share of dating and going out and experimenting. Right now, my priority is to create a place for myself in the industry. In the past, I have got flak from women I¡¯ve dated for opting to go to the gym over going out with them (laughs). So as and when I am ready to announce something officially, I will."
