Believe It Or Not! These Paranormal Experts Share Their Favourie Ghost Stories

This is one field, people really have varied opinions on. Some really believe people in the past and before life while some rubbish it as any other rumour. However, paranormal is not and cannot be completely denied.

So many films ( non fictional) have shown there is unrest in some houses, with some people that prove there is a phenomena that goes beyond science and normal explanation. We have professionals telling us the same.

Yes there are paranormal investigators solely for validating these horror stories. Here's taking a look at some of these experts sharing their insights on some of the what we will call 'haunting' stories.

1. Steve Huff

The recent that doing the round and shocking many is Steve Huff. After Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput's demise, many people reached out to him and requested him to try and speak to his spirit. Steve has a history of interacting with dead people. He has spoken to many celebrities earlier as well but he says he felt the strongest connect with Sushant.

In the couple of videos that he released online, Steve mentions Sushant is accompanied by more people. One can hear Sushant speaking to the expert and saying, "He can see light."

The expert even tried asking him about how he was killed and Sushant's so called 'spirit' said, "They came with nails." You can't help but notice the voice does sound like the late actor which is scary.

It may look fake to many and some may even say Steve is trying to get famous through Sushant but the fact, that Steve specifically mentions that he has not monetized the video and is only doing it since Sushant had many fans, makes you feel otherwise.

2. Rahul Kumar

Proudly announcing that he is an Indian paranormal investigator. But way before he joined the team professionally, he had an insane experience. To one of the leading website, Rahul recalls, "In 2007, a couple of friends wanted to use the ouija board -- the one people need for planchettes. We did 6 back to back ouija sessions that day and nothing happened. I was convinced all this is hokum."

He was normal and life moved on, however two days from that party, Kumar woke up with three wounds on his right arm which were bleeding. "I got it dressed. The next day when I opened the bandages to put fresh ones, the marks were gone!," he said. The morning after that, he woke up to find the same marks on his arm, which disappeared again a day later. This went on for three days. "

That's not all, Kumar was also dreaming about a voice calling to this one location in Bengaluru, where he lived. He did with friends and till this day, he can't recollect a thing of what happened after he reached the spot. Kumar's friend told him that he fainted the moment he reached there. He then sought help of psychics and exorcists to get rid of the spirit haunting him.

3. Avijit Sarkar

Another one from the Indian Specter Paranormal Society. Avijit Sarkar has been involved in the business of paranormal investigation for over a decade now. Avijit counts his ability to battle black magic among his talents.

In an interview, many years ago, Sarkar spoke about a case in Kolkata. He received a call from a man who was facing a strange problem. They had been unable to feed his nephew for one week. Whenever someone took food near the 7-year-old child, the utensils would be flung against the wall, by no one they could see. The man was terrified, according to Sarkar, as no one would believe them and even make fun of them.

Sarkar asked for video evidence. "In the video that they sent, a chair and a pair of slippers moved from a point to the other without anyone touching them. "I recognised it as poltergeist activity. They said that they had taken the child to the doctor. The boy spoke in third person." Sarkar even met him.

"The child was initially calm when he came in and I proceeded to ask him a few questions. Like whether or not he asked lemons. Soon after, the child started convulsing, screaming, shouting and went out of control. It was impossible for even four adults to pin him down and make him sit," he says.

4. Guy Lyon Playfair

He has written a book on the experiences he has felt. A member of Society for Psychical Research, Guy Lyon Playfair reported "curious whistling and barking noises coming from Janet's general direction."

Playfair maintained the haunting was genuine and wrote in his later book This House Is Haunted: The True Story of a Poltergeist (1980) that an "entity" was to blame for the Enfield disturbances, he often doubted the children's veracity and wondered if they were playing tricks and exaggerating. Still, Playfair believed that even though some of the alleged poltergeist activity was faked by the girls, other incidents were genuine.

5. Ciar¨¢n O'Keeffe

O'Keeffe is a member of the Society for Psychical Research and a senior advisor to The Ghost Club. He has witnessed quite a few instances which are beyond scientific understanding. Recalling one, he says, I was genuinely ¡°spooked¡± on the SS Great Britain which is moored in Bristol and encountered a weird ¡°fog¡± which surrounded a seance in a haunted nightclub in the North East.

6. Zak Bagans

The Ammons haunting case, also known as the 200 Demons House or Demon House, is an alleged haunting and demonic possession which occurred in Gary, Indiana, in the United States in 2011. Latoya Ammons, her mother, Rosa Campbell, and her three children claimed paranormal activity occurred in the residence. The story was publicized in January 2014 and received national attention.

7. Maurice Grosse

He is a British paranormal investigator. A personal tragedy launched Grosse into psychical research, when his daughter Janet was killed in a motorbike accident in August 1976. Following her death,

Grosse reported that members of his family experienced a number of coincidences and psychic happenings. Grosse claimed to have recorded many hours of audio and video evidence of the poltergeist while staying at the house for long periods of time.

8. Ed & Lorraine Warren

According to the Warrens, in the year 1968, two roommates claimed their Raggedy Ann doll was possessed by the spirit of a young girl named Annabelle Higgins. The Warrens took the doll, telling the roommates it was "being manipulated by an inhuman presence", and put it on display at the family's "Occult Museum". The horror films Annabelle, Annabelle: Creation, are both spin-off prequel films of The Conjuring and Annabelle Comes Home, a spin-off sequel of The Conjuring, are loosely based on the story.

9. Harry Price

In 1937, Price recruited students, who spent periods, mainly during weekends, at the Borley rectory with instructions to report any phenomena that occurred. In March 1938 Helen Glanville, one of Price's helpers conducted a planchette s¨¦ance in Streatham in south London. Price reported that she made contact with two spirits, the first of which was that of a young nun who identified herself as Marie Lairre.

According to them, Marie was a French nun who left her religious order and travelled to England to marry a member of the Waldegrave family, the owners of Borley's 17th-century manor house, Borley Hall. She was said to have been murdered in an older building on the site of the rectory, and her body either buried in the cellar or thrown into a disused well. The wall writings were alleged to be her pleas for help; one read "Marianne, please help me get out".
