Salman Khan Is Still Miffed With Arijit Singh, Gets His Song Removed From 'Welcome To New York'

After a much publicized tiff, Singer Arijit Singh tried to extend an olive branch to Salman Khan. However, things never got sorted between the two.

Salman Khan is playing a cameo role in film Welcome To New York, and according to the speculations he has kicked out Arijit Singh, who was supposed to sing a song, for the film.

¡°Arijit has sung the rough scratch of the track which was to be used in the film. However, Salman was quite miffed and he told the makers, ¡°Anyone in the fraternity could croon the track but Arijit.¡± The makers had a few singers in mind out of which they zeroed in on Rahat,¡± an insider told Spotboye.com.

For the uninitiated, it all started at an award show when Salman was anchoring, Arijit Singh was spotted sleeping. Even when his name was announced as the winner, Arijit had to be woken up by someone else to come on stage and receive the award. On the stage, when Salman jokingly took a jibe at the singer, he quipped back at him. Take a look:
