Sharda Sinha¡¯s health turns critical, PM Modi makes courtesy call to her family as singer put on ventilator
Sharda Sinha who has been admitted to AIIMS Delhi for over 11 days now has turned critical as per the latest reports. PM Modi took health updates from her son soon after she was shifted to the ventilator.
Padma Bhushan awardee Sharda Sinha¡¯s health has turned critically concerning. In an Instagram live session made by her son Anshuman Sinha, the weeping man was seen revealing that it is really tough for her to survive but the prayers can definitely do miracles. Admitted to AIIMS Delhi on October 25, Sinha has been shifted to ventilator support and has been kept under strict monitoring.
Sharda Sinha's health update
In a video that has left the internet concerned, Anshuman has urged her admirers to include her in prayers to Chhathi Maiya (a goddess prayed during the festival of Chhath). In 2017, Sharda Sinha was diagnosed with multiple myeloma, a serious cancer type that affects the blood cells and bone marrow. It was on September 22 this year that she lost her husband Braj Kishore Sinha due to a brain haemorrhage.
Anshuman in a previous video broke down while sharing that her health complications worsened right after Kishore¡¯s death as she couldn¡¯t bear the loss.
PM Modi makes courtesy call to Sharda Sinha
In another live, Anshuman Sinha revealed that India¡¯s Prime Minister Narendra Modi made a call to him to check on her health and requested the family to stay strong. Janata Dal (United)'s Ram Nath Thakur also visited her and requested AIIMS's Director for the best possible treatment. Several other ministers like Chirag Paswan, Ashwini Chaubey, Ramnath Thakur and Dharamsheela Gupta also met Sharda Sinha and her family at AIIMS.
For the uninitiated, her son also released a heartbreaking song sung by Sharda Sinha ahead of Chhath 2024, a ritual that the singer follows every year around this festival. The song titled Dukhwa Mitayin Chhathi Maiya urges the Goddess Chhathi to discard all sadness and troubles from her life.
