Furthermore, she told her fans to exercise and go to the gym as that is what helped her.
"I know a lot of you will stop going to the gym and say, 'See, going to the gym did not help her'. It did help me. I survived a very big heart attack. It was massive. There was 95 percent blockage in the main artery, I survived because I have kept an active lifestyle. Things happen to our bodies for many reasons, and we are not doctors or scientists and we don't know everything, but what we do know is what is in our hands, we must follow through all that, we must understand our bodies."
"I have not monitored my heart rate my whole life, except that I have known that it is in the right place."
"It was a phase and it passed, and I am very lucky. It doesn't put fear in me, instead, I now have a feeling of promise to look forward to something."
She also said that everyone should keep a check on themselves, especially women.
A lot of young people are not surviving heart attacks, so it is very important to keep checking yourself. Women, it's real. Heart attack is not a men¡¯s thing," she said.
She then added that she is looking forward to be back on the sets of Aarya 3. She said that once she gets a clearance from her doctors, she will be off to Jaipur to finish the shoot and then dub for Taali. "I will be back again very very soon. As I say, 'Dugga Dugga'," she signed off.
