She didn't witness the incident first hand but revealed that a mutual friend who is in Argentina in the same hotel has told her so. Furthermore, in another tweet, she wrote, "He was apparently high and acting highly abnormal in the lobby he did not seem like he was in a good place, from what she saw and heard.
