Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor's wedding turned out to be a low-key affair with only 28 guests in attendance. However, on a scale of glamour quotient, the bar was quite high.
Bollywood weddings, apart from all the pomp and show, are also known for being super glamorous. Fans eagerly wait to see the D-day outfits of not just the bride and groom, but of all the 'baraatis' and 'ladkiwalas' as well.

The couple in focus, Alia and Ranbir, twinned in ivory and gold outfits.
Alia opted for a delicate, ivory Sabyasachi saree with a butterfly embroidery on her blouse. She kept her makeup minimalist and wore statement jewellery with the outfit. As for Ranbir, he turned the dapper groom in an ivory sherwani from the same designer and paired it with a layered pearls neckpiece.

Sharing the wedding photos on Instagram, Alia wrote, "Today, surrounded by our family and friends, at home ¡ in our favourite spot - the balcony we¡¯ve spent the last 5 years of our relationship - we got married. With so much already behind us, we can¡¯t wait to build more memories together ¡ memories that are full of love, laughter, comfortable silences, movie nights, silly fights, wine delights and Chinese bites. Thank you for all the love and light during this very momentous time in our lives. It has made this moment all the more special. Love, Ranbir and Alia."
Coming to the guests, Neetu Kapoor, the groom's mom, wore a vibrant lehenga with yellow and pink tones. Her daughter Riddhima, opted for a golden lehenga and looked regal.
Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan were among the first guests to head for the venue. The couple was seen twinning in shades of pink. While Kareena chose a stylish Manish Malhotra saree, Saif complimented her in a pink kurta and white jacket.
Karisma Kapoor chose a white organza saree paired with a blouse that had shades of red, orange and yellow. The actress tied her hair up in a bun and accessorised her look with heavy earrings.
Karan Johar opted for a pink traditional outfit designed by Manish Malhotra.
Sharing his look on Instagram, he wrote, "Shaadi Tayaar ¡ dil me bahut saara pyaar ¡ dhal gayee jawaani ¡ but mid life crisis hai to pehen liya Manish Malhotra ki sheravani! Chand Jaisi Alia Raaja humare RK! Rab ne bana di jodi woh bhi saj dhaj ke!"
Alia Bhatt's bestie Akansha Ranjan Kapoor wore a floral saree with gold borders. She paired it with a long sleeve blouse and shared her look on Instagram.
The couple will reportedly head to Dubai for a mini holiday after their wedding. Alia and Ranbir started dating in 2017, as they fell in love while shooting for Brahmastra.
