In anticipation of the Cambridge City Center Christmas Lights Switch-On, there will be an afternoon of festivities and support for the local artistic community at the Grand Arcade in the city centre.
The Grand Arcade's Main Atrium, located on the ground floor, will host the market and performances.

2. Mill Road Winter Fair

Every year, the Mill Road Winter Fair, unquestionably one of the most exciting events in Cambridge, takes over the entire Mill Road in Cambridge City Centre. Visitors enjoy a day of shopping, delectable food and drink, and lively entertainment.

The Winter Fair will open at 10:30 a.m. and the roads will close at nine o'clock.
The fair will end at 4:15 p.m., and at 5:30 p.m., the roads will fully open.

A professional ice dance coach will be offering optional ice dance lessons during the Market. Ice skating performances will also be available for viewing, and there will be an exciting hockey match, too.
