Ingredients:
? 40.00gms Lettuce rocket
? 60.00gms Palm heart sliced
? 20.00gms Lettuce iceberg
? 40gms Thai water chestnuts sliced
? 10gms Caramelised walnuts with chilli
? 30gms Cherry tomato halves
? 2gms Parsley
? 2gms Salt
? 1gms Black pepper powder
? 20ml Vinaigrette 每 balsamic
Method:
1. Tear the rocket and Iceberg lettuce into small pieces with your hands.
2. In a mixing bowl take the lettuce, sliced palm heart, cherry tomatoes cut in to half, sliced chestnuts and chopped parsley.
3. Toss all the ingredients with balsamic vinaigrette. Season with salt and cracked pepper.
4. Present it in a salad bowl (as shown in picture) garnished with caramelised walnuts.
