Word to the wise : It's "Shubh-Deepavali", (Auspicious Deepavali), and NOT "Diwali Mubarak". "Mubarak" is Arabic, not Indian. @CanadainIndia

But he didn't even have a clue what's coming. People lambasted Canadian PM who's otherwise a celebrated leader loved by people for using word Mubarak while wishing the people.
It's not "Diwali Mubarak", it's "Diwali Ki Badhai" ... Correct it ..

Trudeau has been known for taking part in festivities of people belonging to different religions. In July this year, the 45-year-old performed a pooja at the BAPS Swaminarayan Mandir.
However, there were some sane people as well who also wished the Canadian PM.
You are awesome. Not sure why ppl getting offended by "Mubarak" Respect the sentiments behind, Mubarak just an Arabic word for blessing
