Stray dogs take on robotic dog
Dr. Mukesh Bangar, Founder and CEO of Muks Robotics, posted this moment on Instagram which was captured during the renowned IIT Kanpur Techkriti, an annual tech festival.
The video depicts a stray dog's reaction to encountering a robotic dog.

Initially startled, the stray dog follows the robotic dog in a playful manner as it moves forward.
Hovering between playfulness and slight apprehension, the stray dog is soon joined by several more of its companions, all attempting to figure out the presence of this new dog in their territory.

Tragic that AI is taking dog's jobs, say netizens
The internet found it amusing.
One person was frightened by the robot dog's appearance, commenting, "Dog be like: Iska sir kidhar hai."
Another person joked,"Mai kya Karu ab job chodd du."
Yet another comment read, "Tragic, AI is taking dog's jobs too."
"Please don't ruin the naturality of environment. One day these robots and AI will kill us," said one.
Talking about mechanical developments, a life-size mechanical/ robotic elephant was recently unveiled at a Kerala temple. Named Mahadevan, the elephant was instated at the Thrikkayil Mahadeva Temple.

Last year, the Irinjadappilly Sree Krishna Temple had become the first Kerala temple to introduce a 11-foot-tall mechanical elephant for its festival.
Both these robotic elephants are part of efforts to free these animals from captivity and reintegrate them back into their natural environment.
