Linkin Park Frontman, Chester Bennington, Commits Suicide At The Age Of 41
Linkin Park lead singer, Chester Bennington has committed suicide at the age of 41, as first reported by TMZ. He hanged himself at his Palos Verdes home on July 20.

The Los Angeles County coroner confirmed the same to Associated Press.
Bennington's band mate, Mike Shinoda tweeted that he was "shocked and heartbroken, but it's true. An official statement will come out as soon as we have one."

Bennington, who was married and is survived by six children, had had a long struggle with alcohol and drugs. He openly spoke about it and the fact that he was molested as a kid by an older man.
Bennington's band, Linkin Park rose to success in 2000 with their album Hybrid Theory smashing records and Bennington's vocals resounding in everyone's hearts. 'In The End' became one of the band's Billboard Hot 100 hit from the same album.
Friends have expressed shock and condolences on the singer's death.
