BCCI Clarifies That Virat Kohli's Shoulder Injury Is Not Serious And That's Certainly A Relief For Indian Fans!

Good news Team India fans! Virat Kohli's shoulder injury during the Ranchi Test against Australia is not as bad as it was feared to be.

The BCCI has clarified that Kohli is presently undergoing treatment to recuperate from a strain in his right shoulder.

He sustained the injury on Day 1 when he dived to stop the ball from going to the boundary. He had to leave the field and underwent scans. He was out of action for the rest of the day and Ajinkya Rahane led the side in his absence.

Australia ended the day onb 299/4 boosted by skipper Steve Smith's hundred and a fifty from Glenn Maxwell.
Kohli did not take the field on Day 2, but the good news is that there are no broken bones as it is an external injury.

Dear All,
The BCCI medical team confirms that Indian captain Mr. Virat Kohli is presently undergoing treatment to recuperate from a strain in his right shoulder.
Relevant investigations have revealed that there are no serious concerns, which will hamper his speedy recovery from a strain in his right shoulder due to a fall while fielding on Day 1 of the third Paytm Test against Australia in Ranchi.
He will continue to receive treatment, which will assist him to participate in the rest of the match.
