The first week of July has been a great one for skywatchers, as natural light shows were seen several times from the earth and also from space. This is thanks to Comet Neowise, also known as C / 2020 F3, which is now visible in many parts of the world. This comet was first discovered in March and in July it is going to be very close to the earth. When it was spotted in March it was quite far away and this icy tail was not clearly visible. At that time, astronomers did not know whether it would be visible or not. Moving towards the sun, it was feared to melt and disappear but with time its brightness has increased. It was spotted in Lebanon a few days before the sun rose. From here onwards, it may be shining and light but still, it will be visible in the sky. Here's take a look:
