¡°Lazy¡± Doris, a cow from the UK, has become an instant internet sensation since her farmworker John Brodie caught her faking slumber in a video that now has over 1.5 million views on TikTok, per Metro.
In the short clip taking over the internet, the Friesian cow is seen trying to act up and fake sleep while her pals are already up and milking. The cow is seen enjoying an extra five minutes in bed before she is woken up by the farmworker.
Boris stays with farmworker Brodie at Reads Farm, Calbourne, Isle of Wight. It was one early morning when Brodie decided to film the cow and her cheeky antics and send the video to his wife, Laura.
In the clip, John captures the sleepy cow and says, "Everyone¡¯s out getting ready milking, except for Doris." When Doris refuses to acknowledge the farmer, he insists, "Doris. Come on. I can see your ears moving."

In a conversation with BBC Radio, Brodie shared, ¡°Just before I started to take the video ¨C the reason I took it in the first place ¨C was because she was the only one in the barn, all the other cows had got themselves up.¡±
He continued, ¡°They¡¯d wandered off as they do, to eat some silage before milking, but Doris had her head up and was looking at me and I watched her pop her head back down and think ¡®nah, not today John.¡¯¡±
He admitted that he got his camera out to catch the cow slipping, ¡°And that¡¯s why I got my phone out because I knew she was being typical Doris and trying to play me up.¡±
In another interview with CNN, Brodie revealed that Boris was a rather "lazy" cow: "She likes to take it easy, does Doris, bless her. She¡¯s usually the last one to do anything." He also added, "I think she thinks by hanging back she¡¯ll get a bit more fuss and attention ¨C she really loves a bit of fuss."
