Dogs from nations as diverse as Libya, China, Thailand, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Germany were among those that came to help.
The heroic rescue dogs who helped tremendously in the aftermath of the devastating earthquakes in Turkey and Syria have returned home. Animals aboard Turkish Airlines were reportedly moved from cargo to first class in appreciation of their tireless efforts.
The airline thought the dogs deserved more than the arranged travel conditions because of all their hard work.
After the natural tragedy, people and organizations from all over the globe offered aid through contributions and rescue missions.
Dogs from nations as diverse as Libya, China, Thailand, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Germany were among those that came to help. The dogs were called in to aid in the hunt for those still alive among the debris.
According to MailOnline, a representative of Turkish Airlines said the company is in the midst of "an unprecedented time" as the evacuation procedures are underway.
"flying our heroes, the rescue teams along with their dogs, which are let to sit in the cabin (in business class as well) for this period," said the representative.
They claim that is the least they can do now to express their gratitude to the courageous dogs who have helped in this way.

Seeing that Mexico seems prone to earthquakes, the government has a specialist squad of dogs that aid in times of crisis. It is believed that the animals are beneficial in situations where equipment may collapse beneath the debris, putting the lives of the survivors in severe danger.
Survivors could be buried, but the dogs can smell them out, growl at them, and even scratch the dirt to alert the rescuers.
