'As you wish!' Thai actor Pond Naravit Lertratkosum channels BTS J-Hope's energy in 'Killin' It Girl' challenge

Rapper, ace dancer, performer, and undeniable charmer - J-Hope of BTS shook the K-pop world with the release of his latest single Killin' It Girl, featuring GloRilla, on June 13. The track¡¯s electrifying music video, paired with his bold and unapologetic persona, instantly captivated fans. The song entered the Billboard Hot 100 at No. 40.

As the track and its high-energy choreography continue to trend globally, Thai actor and model Naravit Lertratkosum - better known as Pond - joined the dance challenge. He posted a video on X (formerly Twitter) of himself performing the Killin' It Girl dance, sending fans into a frenzy online.

Dressed in a jet-black tank top, ripped baggy jeans, and a checked shirt tied casually around his waist, Pond Naravit topped off the look with sunglasses as he confidently took on J-Hope's choreography. Flanked by two backup dancers, he moved with ease and precision - his performance quickly racking up thousands of views and likes.

As he captioned the video: "as u wish" with a sunglasses emoji, fans were quick to shower him with praise, calling him "hot" and "sexy" as he nailed every step of the routine made iconic by BTS' very own dance machine, J-Hope.

The song also debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard Global 200, racking up 55.1 million streams and 43,000 units sold worldwide. It also landed at No. 2 on the Billboard Global Excl. U.S. chart. With this, J-Hope became the first Asian act and rapper in 2025 to debut in the Top 3 on both the Global 200 and Global Excl. U.S. charts.

Pond Naravit's latest work

He starred in the drama Leap Day, which aired its final episode on June 24, 2025. The series also starred Dew Jirawat Sutivanichsak, Gun Atthaphan Phunsawat, and Pahn Pathitta Pornchumroenrut.

The story follows two individuals - Day and Night - who were both born on February 29 and are cursed to lose the person they cherish most every four years. The danger their curse poses to others keeps them emotionally isolated.

Night eventually meets Dream, who brings light into his life, while Day finds himself caring for Ozone, the autistic son of a distant relative, after her passing. As their twentieth birthday approaches, both grapple with the growing fear of losing their loved ones.
