A photographer on Instagram captures the Earth's rotation on his stabilized camera and stuns the internet with mesmerising clip.
Earth rotating may not be news to anyone¡¯s ears but how many of us actually get to witness it? Earth rotates on its axis from west to east, making us experience an east-to-west shift as the Sun rises and the moon falls.
Photographer Captures Earth's Rotation In Viral Video
He told his followers in an Instagram post, ¡°U must¡¯v seen star rotation, ever seen this? It was -30 degrees Celsius night in winters at Langza village of Spiti valley and I spend my 10 hours shooting this video.¡± The photographer noted, ¡°The moon went off the horizon at 2:50 am and everything came after that was so magical.¡±
Aseem explains how if he sought to capture the view through conventional methods, he would have had to equip his arsenal with expensive machinery and precise methodology. ¡°Conventional way of shooting such a video could be so complicated and needs expensive machines like star tracker and high precision setting ups,¡± he admitted.

The Photographer Used An Action Camera And A Travel Tripod To Capture The Rotation
To make his job relatively easier, the photographer shot the video on a 360-degree camera and tried to stabilise the sky while editing the video in post. ¡°But I shot this video using a 360 camera. Which can record 360 visuals and I stabilised the sky in post,¡± Aseem shared.
To think that the photographer captured such enchanting views with just an action camera and a travel tripod. People on the internet were completely in love with the footage Aseem posted online. One user commented on their favorite parts of the video, ¡°Wonderful. Things that I loved in this reel: 1. The choice of music. YOU NAILED IT. 2. The concept of using a 360 cam and showing us the earth's rotation instead of the moving milky way.¡±
However, the user also had a request for the photographer, ¡°Just one request, Please post a longer video because I want to see more of that night to day timelapse. Keep Inspiring.¡± Many folks echoed the same sentiments as the commenter, wanting the Instagram-famous photographer to post an in-depth tutorial of his capture.
