Foodie teaches easy recipe for making poached eggs on air fryer
Food writer Laura Nightingale keeps sharing scrumptious recipes on her Instagram and YouTube accounts. She goes by the handle name 'CakeOnTheRun'. The woman is obsessed with cooking on an air fryer and makes sure to make some mouth-watering recipes on it. She shared a recipe for making the perfect poached egg with Surry.co.uk.

Her poached egg recipe is incredibly easy.
You just have four easy-to-follow steps, and all you'll need is an air fryer, an egg kept at room temperature, and, of course, a bit of toast and butter.
Here's the recipe:
1. Get a heat-proof bowl or cup or any utensil, then pour hot water in it.
2. The egg needs to be cracked inside the bowl. The water should only just cover it.
3. You have to pre-heat your air fryer for a minute and then put your cup into it. Air fry at 200C for 4-5 minutes.
4. Then you have to drain off the excess water and then remove it from the cup and serve it with buttered toast.
