The 30-year-old MBA graduate, Fatima, recently started her street food stall in Siliguri, Bengal. The street food seller did her MBA in Human Resources and is now breaking the glass ceiling after setting up her own street food stall on the streets of Bengal.
Fatima does not have a fancy food truck or even a stall; the graduate operates her business through a makeshift cart that she sets up on a scooty. Fatima is originally from Uttar Pradesh, where she also did her Masters in Business Administration.
After she got married, Fatima moved to Siliguri and started living in the Matigara area of Siliguri. Now, she has quit her job to start her own empire on the narrow streets of Bengal by opening her own stall at Baghajatin Park last week.

Fatima Cooks And Markets Her Own Food Through Her Scooty Stall

Operating from her scooty, Fatima opens her stall from 7 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. at night. As for her menu, Fatima adds things she learns to it but for now, she sells Dahi Vada, Kheer, Gol Gappa, and Chaat on the seat of her scooty. She cooks and markets the food all by herself and has big goals for making her stall the next big thing in business.
He spoke to India Today and said, "Every woman should have their own identity. I used to do a job, but after that, I didn't get time for my family. So I left the job to look after my family, and now I am doing this business. I did my MBA in 2011. In my stall, you will get all the homemade food. These are all made by maintaining 100 percent hygiene."
Fatima keeps changing her menu according to the demands of her customers and sells the items at affordable prices. In a recent video on Instagram, she announced that she had added idli to her menu. She gives one plate of Dahi Vada for Rs 20, and her Kheer too sells for Rs 20. Fatima shared the reason behind her choice to name her stall after her degree and said, "I have expertise at cooking. I know how to make tasty food. That is why I am doing this, and this MBA name is already on the hit list. So I want to use this name."
