Along was left surprised after discovering people have been looking for his wife on Google. The search on Google even prompted an amusing response from the minister who is yet to get married and is currently searching for the "one".

Taking to Twitter, Along shared a screenshot of the search prompt and wrote, "Google search excites me. I am still looking for her!"
Besides wanting to know about his age, people were eager to get information about his wife.

The tweet caught the attention of Shaadi.com founder and Shark Tank India judge Anupam Mittal. "We'll have to do something about this," he tweeted in Hindi tagging the matrimonial company.

However, Along had a very amusing response to the suggestion. He said that he would get married after actor Salman Khan ties the knot.
"Bhai filhal bindas hai. Waiting for Salman Bhai," he wrote.

Mittal then said that while the wait for Salman Khan to get married might be a very long one, Along may not have to wait that long to find a partner with Shaadi.com. This prompted Along to ask for a discount.

Meanwhile, on World Population Day (celebrated on 11 July), the Nagaland minister had a witty take on population growth in the country.

Earlier, Along's comment on the benefits of having 'small eyes' during a public address went viral on social media. His comment had spread smiles while calling out casual racism still faced by people from the Northeast.
