The film continued its dream run on Monday (April 28) and remained the top choice of the audience. Sinner has been shot on a budget of merely $90 million.
Sinners witnesses a drop but still packs a punch at the box office
Michael B Jordan is in the limelight because of his latest film, Sinners, which has set the box office on fire despite mixed reviews. It remained strong on its second Monday.
According to Box Office Mojo, a trade website, the vampire flick grossed $5.5 million on April 28. This is 60% lower than the $13.8 million it raked in on April 27.
It, however, is still a pretty good figure for a working day. Sinners¡¯ total collection at the US box office is $128 million. It has grossed a further $40 million from international markets. This essentially means that it has collected $168 million worldwide so far, which makes it a profitable venture for all concerned.
