37-year-old man Nicolas Aujula is a self-proclaimed psychic from London. Aujula is one of such psychics who predicted major events that were going to take place before anyone had any idea they would, and interestingly, all the predictions came true.

Back in 2018, he is said to have predicted that a disaster born from a virus will have a devastating effect on the world, and then Covid happened in 2020, just two years after the prediction.

Not only that, Aujula claims to have also foreseen US President Donald Trump losing in elections well before the Black Lives Matter movement. And the unfortunate and unprecedented fire at the historical Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris is something he saw coming as well.

He apparently also had a hunch about Kim Kardashian divorcing Kanye West and even the controversial appearance of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle on Oprah's interview series.

Aujula has now made some predictions about what's going to happen in 2023, some good, some bad and some very very bad. It would be interesting to know if any of these predictions will come true this time. Here's what he has to say about the coming new year.

In a report by New York Post, Aujula predicted that a major British structure will burn to ashes. It could be either a royal palace or a presidential building.

He additionally informed that the Royal Family will also suffer a downfall in their popularity and wealth. ¡°So they may sell their properties, or they may turn something into a hotel, or they will have to diversify," Aujula told The Sun.

Adding to these predictions, he shared that popular singer Madonna might suffer heartbreak or "some form of sorrow," as he feels that she is not going to have the best year ahead.

Things are also not looking up for Beyonce. Aujula said that she is "going through a bit of a change and a transition in her life and she could question her relationship.¡±
