A Delhi-based fitness coach has responded to bullies with a powerful post after being chastised online for sharing a 'muscular' photo of herself. Earlier this week, Aanchal shared a post in which she discussed the three chest workouts she conducted at the gym over time, as well as a before-and-after collage, one of which included the "muscular photo" in question.
Why did the woman get trolled?
As the post went viral, Aanchal saw a deluge of derogatory comments. Several X (previously Twitter) users criticised her, claiming she "lacked feminine charm" and used offensive language that will not be published in this piece.

Done with trolls, Aanchal uploaded two current photos of herself, claiming that the "muscular photo" was taken last winter. "I recently received incredible abuse from X for posting a muscular photo. I was not touched by the hatred. I was a little disturbed that no one read the tweet, which was full of immense knowledge," she remarked.
What did she say to her trolls?
Aanchal spoke bluntly about her now-viral snapshot, saying, "Now back to the photo. The photograph was taken during the winter. I was about 6-7 kg heavier than the pictures show. I was on a bulk, and I enjoy going on long bulks, and you all encouraged me to go on another bulk soon. I can't believe a girl on a mass can crush the egos of thousands upon thousands of guys. And to the women that trolled me: be better, and quit picking on me."
How did people on the internet react?
Some X users were delighted by Aanchal's excellent response to trolls and left encouraging comments for her.
"They despise you because they will never be you. I admire your devotion, determination, and hard work for yourself. "You are a strong, resilient, and beautiful person, and I am happy for you," one comment says.

Another user said, "Some people just don't appreciate hard effort. You don't need to explain. Take heart in the fact that the majority of those haters are likely to be overweight and metabolically unwell." Aanchal, who is also a content creator, has 10.7K followers on X. Check out the post below:
I recently got unbelievable hate on X for posting a muscular photo.

I wasn't hurt by the hate.
The fact that no one read the tweet which was filled with immense knowledge disturbed me a bit.
