Brides usually shoot at beautiful locations to get the best pictures for their big day. However, this Kerala bride did the opposite. Check out the images, where a bride from Kerala shot pictures for her wedding day on a road full of pot holes.

Apart from the pictures, the user @arrow_weddingcompany also posted a behind-the-scenes video. In the video, the Kerala bride dressed in a red saree and gold jewellery for the ceremony can be seen walking along a large pothole which is completely filled with muddy water.
The video also shows vehicles passing by while struggling to safeguard themselves from falling into the muddy hole. A photographer is seen capturing the bride's pictures from a distance. Along with the video, the caption read, "Bridal photoshoot in the middle of the road." The video has so far garnered more than 40,00,000 views and more than 37,000 likes on Instagram.
People divided over the bride's photoshoot
As the video went viral, social media users seems divided about the issue. Some boosted the bride for the creative idea, while others commented on the perpetual bad conditions of Kerala roads.
A user wrote, " Is that a road? If you buy some baby fishes, you can start fish farming." Another added, "Not the middle of the road.... At the bank of the pond." "For that, they are not taking photos on the road or on the side of the pond, then no one will have a problem," wrote another.
Action against the condition of roads in Kerala
According to reports, On August 9, Kerala High Court directed the National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) to take immediate steps to rectify every road under their control, either through the present concessionaires or through new contractors, which shall be done without any further delay.
