What did the man do to become a model?
According to a Hindustan Times report, the Mumbai resident says his first experience with modelling was in 2012 when he participated in a fashion show at school. "Since 2017, I have been gathering knowledge on how I can break into the industry," he said to HT.
After finishing school, Singh worked various jobs to support himself. He earned ?18,000 to ?22,000 per month as a delivery agent for Swiggy and other side businesses over a two-year period. In addition, he worked in the Burger King kitchen.
It took him five years to land his first professional modelling gig.
Singh is open about his personal flaws but not discouraged by them.
"My height is 5 feet, 10 inches. This is a low-end model in India. Even with Streax, I had to continuously ask them to allow me walk the ramp. They consented to the condition that I wear heels."
This is how the former Swiggy agent ended up walking the ramp for a haircare company in five-inch heels.
