Aman Gupta
No doubt called Aman Gupta is a self-made entrepreneur who is the co-founder and Marketing Director of BOAT the largest direct-to-consumer, audio-focused electronics brand. Aman was one of the Sharks (Judge) in the Indian Tv reality show 'Shark Tank India' that proved to be a huge hit. In the show, Aman invested a good amount of money against good equities in the startups but do you know how much equity he holds in his co-founded company BOAT? He holds 28.1% stake in boAt while another co-founder Sameer Mehta also holds 28.1%, Warburg Pincus holds a 36.2% stake, whereas Fireside Ventures hold 3.7% and Qualcomm Ventures hold the remaining 2.6%.
Boat was last valued at around Rs 2,200 crore when it raised Rs 50 crore from Qualcomm Ventures in April last year and expected to seek a valuation of $1.5-2 billion in the IPO to be floated this year, ET reported.
Ashneer Grover
Ashneer Grover is the Managing Director and co-founder of digital payments platform BharatPe who is being accused of for his rude and arrogant behavior on Shark Tank India after his leaked abusing audio doing the rounds. Ashneer Grover's name has been embroiled in many controversies in the recent past. Ashneer Grover's net worth is estimated Rs 700 crore with 9.5% stake in BharatPe while his business partner Shashvat Nakrani holds a 7.8% stake, Sequoia Capital India holds 19.6% stake, Ribbit Capital holds 11%, Beenext holds 9.6%, Steadview Capital holds 4.1%, Tiger Global holds 3.7% and others hold the remaining 22.3% stake in the firm. The BharatPe founder who invests in businesses pitched on Shark Tank India has his own business come under the scanner now and he has demanded Rs 4,000 crore for his reported 9.5 percent stake from investors if they want him to quit the firm.
Peyush Bansal
Peyush Bansal is a Co-founder and CEO of Lenskart and undoubtedly one of the most successful entrepreneurs in India with a net worth of Rs 600 crore. Lenskart is close to sealing a $250 million funding deal at a $5 billion valuation, just five months after raising $315 million, Economic Times reported.
Ghazal Alagh

The Shark Tank India's judge is estimated to have a net worth of Rs 148 crore and holds a 3.58% stake in Mamaearth while her husband and co-founder Varun Alagh holds the majority stake with 38.72%. The other shareholders, Sequoia Capital India holds 15.22%, Fireside Ventures hold 12.04%, Stellaris Ventures hold 10.42%, Sofina Ventures hold 8.25% including Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty Kundra holds 1.32% and others hold a 10.44% stake in the company.
Namita Thapar
Executive Director and head of India Business of multinational pharmaceutical company 'Emcure Pharmaceuticals', Namita Thapar is a Successful entrepreneur and winner of The Economic Times ¡®40 under Forty¡¯ award and her net worth is estimated at around 600 crores in 2021. Namita is among the sharks of Shark Tank India who charge around Rs 8 lakh per episode and invested in many startups. Namita joined Emcure as CFO in 2007. Namita Thapar started managing the Finance part of Emcure and she has played important roles for the company. Namita is the Executive Board Member of Emcure Pharmaceuticals Ltd and presently leads Emcure¡¯s India business. Namita holds 3.21% stake in Emcure Pharmaceuticals while her father Satish Mehta holds 41.92%, Sunil Mehta holds 6.13%, Bain Capital holds 13.09% and others hold the remaining 35.35% stake in the company.
