According to Great Big Story, Wattana Panich in Bangkok saves the broth left over at the end of the day and uses it for making the next day¡¯s soup.
It has been 45 years now and the soup is being made in that great big pot using the same broth. Fresh ingredients like tripe, meat, meatballs and some other things are added daily to the soup.
The person who tends to this noodle soup which is called neua tune, Nattapong Kaweenuntawong reportedly said, "For 45 years, the broth of our soup has never been thrown away after a day's cooking. he broth has been preserved and cooked for 45 years.¡± He tends to the soup along with his wife and mother.

According to him this ¡®ancient cooking method¡¯ is what gives the soup its unique flavor and aroma.
