Is it too much to ask that you get the space to drive on roads and flyovers that are meant for, well, driving? How often do you see someone or the other performing stunts on their bikes and scooters and even in cars? If there's one sight that's common across India, it's definitely this. It's bad enough that they're endangering their own lives, they're also endangering the lives of others sharing the road. But most of all, it's the kind of inconvenience that's completely pointless and without good results.
In another recent incident, a group of bikers was reportedly seen performing stunts on their bikes and scooters on Tumakuru National Highway in Nelamangala town, in Karnataka on August 15, when locals banded together and took matters into their own hands. It's unclear whether authorities were alerted, but what the locals did with the group performing stunts is a lesson they won't forget. In the now-viral video, the locals threw two bikes and a scooter off the side of the flyover damaging the vehicles for good. Reports suggest that the bikers fled the spot after seeing the scene unfolding in front of them.
How did the internet react?
The internet was as savage as always and celebrated the treatment meted out to the "stunt performers." The video itself got over 131k views, almost 1,400 likes and comments to match, the best of which we've shown below:
