Mystery Object Washes Up On Remote Beach In Australia, The Internet Thinks It Might Have Ties With Chandrayaan-3
A mysterious object washes up on a remote beach in Western Australia, and the internet is having a field trip guessing what it is.
A mystery object has washed up on a remote beach in Western Australia. On a typical day, this side of the beach usually greets rock lobsters. However, recently the beach has become home to not only the mysterious golden object that came ashore but also the multiple police personnel guarding the machinery.
A Mystery Object Washes Ashore In Australia
On Monday, the Western Australia Police Force instructed locals to avoid the remote part of the beach where the mysterious object had washed up. They had also warned people not to draw any outlandish conclusions about the origins of the mystery object until investigations were concluded.
However, even after the Police request, people on the Internet have tied up the piece of machinery to military, commercial, and spacecraft. The object appears to be made of metal, measuring nearly two metres tall with cables and wires sticking out of its top.
The object became news after some civilians reported it to the police on Sunday. Locals of Green Head town on the Mid-West coast came across a floating metal object and decided to drag it to the shore. Unable to figure out its origins or what it was, the locals reported it to the authorities.
Internet Theories Tied Up The Object With Aeroplanes, Chandrayaan-3 Launch, And More
Some intellectuals on the Internet speculated that the mystery object could be the remnants of MH370, the Malaysian Airlines plane that disappeared back in 2014 after it flew south over the Indian Ocean. However, police investigations ruled out any such theories and concluded that it did not appear to be debris from a commercial aircraft.
On Monday, after Internet theories ran wild trying to link the object to every possible mystery conspiracy, the Australian Space Agency curbed the chatter by claiming that the object could indeed be a foreign space launch vehicle.

The agency reiterated that until the origins of the object are confirmed, locals should stay away from that part of the beach. However, people continued to dig into the origins of the object on Twitter. One user suggested that the mystery object could be part of the recent Chandrayaan-3 lunar mission launch.

On July 14, the Indian Space Research Organisation launched its third lunar mission, making Indian natives swell online in celebration of the successful launch. The user mentioned that the specs of the object were similar to those of ISRO¡¯s Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle, which is also said to be 2 metres high and 2 metres wide.
However, the authorities have not confirmed any such speculations yet.
