Drug traffickers have an extensive network of communication. They have to be very careful and meticulous in carrying out deals so as to not get busted by police and drug enforcement agencies.
But it is only human to err, right? Of course, not all dealers are perfect. Some of them are a threat to the entire operation¡ like this one clumsy man. Martynas Benosenko, a drug dealer was caught at a Leeds (in Yorkshire) Festival with cocaine and MDMA worth more than ?3,000 (Rs 2.7 lakh, approx).
However, his arrest was brought on by what he did and not so much the cops.
Cops spotted Martynas at the festival, smoking weed and 'acting suspiciously'. His bag was searched, and the police found 28 bags of cocaine and 67 MDMA tablets, and also he sent the price list of his drugs to the police.
He was obviously arrested and when produced in court, lawyer Christopher Dunn said Martynas used to work as a chef at TGI Fridays, but lost his job.
He decided to make some money by selling drugs at the Leeds Festival. He garnered the attention at the festival by getting high and¡ accidentally sending the price list of his drugs to the cops.
"To say this was a Heath Robinson operation would be something of an understatement. He rocks up at the festival, takes a lot of these drugs himself, obviously turning attention to himself, and then sends his price list to the police," Ladbible quoted lawyer Dunn as saying.
Well, you know what they say- don¡¯t get high and text.
