Hammer Time! Man Swims Next To 10-Foot Hammerhead Shark Like It's No Big Deal
The somehow terrifying but every bit fascinating video comes from Miami, Florida, and very brave man featured in it is Jason McIntosh who shared the drone footage on his Instagram page.
The coolest thing on earth is when all of its creatures are able to connect with each on some level, and go on to exist in harmony.
One very sweet example of that is this man's video that shows him floating on his back as a 10-foot hammerhead shark swims close-by. It's not the easiest thing to imagine so thank the lord there's a video of it.

The video opens with a pleasing view of the cool blue ocean and what one can easily see is a hammerhead shark. What you don't realise in the first few seconds is the size of the shark. Interestingly the opening shot feature's MC Hammer's 'U Can't Touch This,' a fitting track accompanying the very 'punny' caption that reads 'hammer time!'
Hammer time, indeed.

Not much later, a floating man comes into view and immediately throws things into perspective. But while you might watch it in abject horror, the shark continues to swim on like nothing's changed. The same goes for Jason who continues to drift on his back that is until the video cuts off. With 4,470 likes, the video's a clear hit.
The reactions were cute too with one user asking if he showed it to the 'guy swimming,' to another writing 'f****k that.' Someone even called the shark 'friendly' and yet another called the whole thing 'extraordinary.'

Speaking of drones filming sharks, a surfer's life was literally saved because of the device. In this case, it was a great white that was swimming a little too close to a man named Matt Wilkinson who was surfing off the coast of Ballina in northern New South Wales.
Initially, Wilkinson was totally clueless about the shark that was almost snapping at his feet. It was only after the drone hovering above him gave him a shark warning did he swim back to shore.
