Ashneer Grover reacted on Thursday to the leaked audio of the call. Sharing the audio on Twitter, fellow BharatPe co-founder Koladiya had on Wednesday apologised to Ashneer for his language.

"I am at my worst. Sorry, Ashneer Grover," Koladiya had tweeted. To which the former Shark Tank India judge responded: "I wish I cared enough. Dude, get on with your life and try to make news without tagging me in these random tweets. Kab tak sab mere naam ka khaoge? Apni izzat apne haath!" (For how long will you make use of my name. You are responsible for your own dignity)!"

The details of the call were allegedly shared by the former Shark Tank India judge's wife, Madhuri Jain Grover, on Twitter, claimed user Deepak Goel, who had uploaded the audio of the call on YouTube, as per a Moneycontrol report.

In the video, Ashneer Grover is heard receiving a call from Bhavik Koladiya, but in seconds, the conversation turned into an argument with Grover refusing to talk, after which Koladiya abused and threatened him with dire consequences. The clip was uploaded last year after Grover's wife, Madhuri Jain, the then head of controls at BharatPe, was fired for alleged misappropriation of funds.

Ashneer Deletes Social Media Posts Against BharatPe

The reaction on Thursday comes a few days after Ashneer Grover shared that he had deleted certain social media posts against the company as he 'wants to get out of the gutter' following the Delhi High Court's remarks that if Grover and BharatPe had both decided to enter the gutter, they should remain there, referring to the disrespectful language used by the parties towards each other.

The court had asked Grover, along with officials of the fintech company, to refrain from employing disrespectful and damaging language towards one another.

"Bhavik Stole Data From 150 Million Users"

A few months ago, Grover, who also co-founded BharatPe, wrote an email to the National Payments Council of India (NPCI) and BharatPe's independent director, Kaushik Dutta, alleging data theft of around 150 million UPI users of BharatPe by fellow co-founder Bhavik Koladiya.

¡°It was a grave mistake of giving him (Koladiya) a chance at redemption at BharatPe, which he misused to pull off the biggest data theft in India till date¡­Bhavik previously was convicted in the US for credit card fraud, where he was put under house arrest for 18 months and subsequently deported to India. And, in India, he also has a FIR registered against him at Delhi airport as he attempted to travel to Gujarat on a forged ticket. I¡¯ve attached documents pertaining to his conviction and copy of the FIR,¡± Grover wrote in an email.

"BharatPe has so far processed billions of UPI transactions at merchants and in turn was privy to data of more than 150 Mn UPI users in the country. The data of transacting user was obtained at BharatPe using APIs with Yes Bank, Federal Bank and ICICI Bank," Grover said.
