LinkedIn Unveils India's Top 25 Companies: TCS, Accenture Lead The Pack As Best Employers

While the job market continues to face turbulence, there¡¯s a silver lining in the form of some Indian companies that continue to thrive and give their employees the best perks and benefits.

LinkedIn has released the list of 2024¡¯s top companies In India. The list comprises top 25 big companies along with an additional list of Top 15 midsize companies this time.

These rankings are determined by eight factors that play a role in advancing one's career.

In the realm of large companies, Tata Consultancy Services maintained its leading position, with Accenture and Cognizant following closely behind. The Financial Services sector prominently featured on the list, with nine companies such as Macquarie Group, Morgan Stanley, and JPMorgan Chase & Co. Additionally, the Technology and pharmaceutical sectors made a notable presence within the top 25 rankings.

These Are The Front Runners In The Midsize Segment

Lentra, a SaaS platform, secured the top position on the list of midsize companies, accompanied by MakeMyTrip, Professional Assistance For Development Action (PRADAN), Nykaa, and Dream11, among others.

These Are The Most Sought After Skills

As per the LinkedIn report, sought-after skills within the financial sector encompass Investor Relations, Capital Markets, and Investment Banking. Meanwhile, within the IT sector, skills such as Enterprise Software, Data Storage Technologies, and Artificial Intelligence are notably in high demand.

The LinkedIn report also outlines the sought-after job functions, which include Engineering, Consulting, Analyst roles, Sales, Operations, and Finance.

In terms of locations, Bengaluru emerges as the leading hub for these companies, followed by Hyderabad, the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, and Pune.
