Two bald Israeli men in their late 40s took the world by storm in 2015 when they released the first season of Fauda - a show they had never imagined would become an international phenomenon. Season after season, they left audiences all over the world enthralled.?
The creators of the show, which now has an Indian version called Tanaav, Lior Raz and Avi Issacharoff are in India to promote season 4. Yes, you read that right! Doron is in India.
The makers of the show have recently announced that Fauda season 4 will be released in Jan 2023. To promote the next season of the popular show, the show's creators Lior Raz and Avi Issacharoff attended the Asia premiere of the show at the 53rd International Film Festival of India (IFFI) in Goa. There, they met with Rajkummar Rao and expressed their wish to work with him.?
Rajkummar Rao was a special guest invited by IFFI to welcome international talent at the prestigious festival.?Lior and Avi graced their presence at the red carpet along with Rajkummar.
When the red carpet host asked the Fauda creators to express their views about Rajkummar, Avi said, "He is a star.. the way he talks..the way he represents himself..he is a star."
Lior added, "We would definitely like to collaborate with him."?The Israeli men were extremely happy on meeting Rajkummar. They concluded the red carpet session by cheering for Rajkummar¡¯s latest Netflix hit ¡®Monica, O My Darling.¡±
"We¡¯re so happy to be here in India for the Asian premiere of ¡®Fauda¡¯ season 4. It¡¯s incredible that this story has resonated so strongly with fans in India and we really appreciate all the love and support. We really want to collaborate with the Indian industry," the creators said as quoted by ANI.?
When the makers and the cast of Tanaav came on the sets of Bigg Boss 16 to promote the show, Salman Khan revealed he is a fan of the show and when he got to know that the show is being remade in India, he wanted to be a part of it. However,?Sudhir Mishra rejected him. The lead role is now being played by Maanav Vij, who was also seen in Aamir Khan's Laal Singh Chaddha.
Before Salman could be signed for the role, Manav Vij had already been finalised. The show also stars Arbaaz Khan, Waluscha D'Souza and Sumit Kaul.?
