After a ten-day drama, intense trolling, a press meet and refusal to give an apology, Mansoor Ali Khan finally said sorry to actress Trisha for his "rape" comment that everyone including the celebrities thought was distasteful. Many people on social media said that they wanted the Tamil actor's arrest for his remarks. The Leo actress also vowed to never share screen space with him ever again.?
After Mansoor apologized, much to everyone's surprise, Trisha forgave him. However, Khan hasn't backed out.?

He has now announced that he will file defamation cases against the actress, Chiranjeevi as well as Kushboo Sundar.?
Khan who was booked by Tamil Nadu Police after National Council for Women¡¯s (NCW) intervention has said that he will sue the three actors for defaming him and disturbing his public peace for more than a week.?
Furthermore, he claimed he was innocent and will post the original video along with other evidence to prove the same.
Actor-turned BJP politician had said that this attitude won't be tolerated. "Humma comedykku sonnen¡¯ (It was for fun!) attitude of these men will not be overlooked or ignored." She added that he must apologise for his comments to Trisha and other women.?
Taking to Twitter, she wrote, "Some men think it's their birthright to insult a woman or speak about her in a most disrespectful manner. Recent video of #MansoorAliKhan is one such example. I vehemently condemn his speech. They think their ¡®chumma comedykku sonnen¡¯ attitude will be overlooked n ignored. No, it won't be done so. He should apologise to every female actor he has named in his speech and to women in general for displaying his dirty, misogynistic, lowly mindset. Women of today are strong enough to fight for their respect & dignity."
Condemning his comments, Mansoor Ali Khan wrote on Twitter, "My attention was drawn to some reprehensible comments made by actor Mansoor Ali Khan about Trisha.? The comments are distasteful and disgusting not just for an Artiste but for any woman or girl. These comments must be condemned in the strongest words. They reek of perversion. I stand with Trisha? and every woman who has to be subject to such horrid comments."
