A Day After Winning Silver, R Madhavan's Son Vedaant Bags A Gold Medal As Well At Danish Open

One day after R Madhavan's son Vedaant Madhavan won a silver medal at Danish Open 2022, he has now won another medal, a gold, and the movie star says he is overwhelmed and humbled as the "winning street continues".
"Verified???GOLD¡.????With all your blessings and God¡®s greatest the winning street continues.??????????Today it¡¯s a GOLD IN 800m for @vedaantmadhavan. Overwhelmed and humbled. Thank you Coach @bacpradeep sir @swimmingfederation.in @ansadxb and the entire team", he wrote.?
On Saturday, Vedaant Madhavan won a silver medal at the same swimming event but under a different category. Sharing the clip, R Madhavan wrote he was proud of his son.
R Madhavan's son Vedaant has represented India at several swimming competitions. Last year, Madhavan and his family had shifted to Dubai so that his son has access to larger pools in order to prep up for the Olympics.?
"The larger swimming pools in Mumbai are either closed because of Covid or out of bounds. We are here with Vedaant in Dubai where he has access to large pools. He¡¯s working towards the Olympics, and Sarita (his wife) and I are right by his side," Madhavan told Bollywood Hungama.
Madhavan says he has no regrets that his son doesn't want to be an actor like him. "His chosen vocation is far more important to me than my own career", he said.
